1.
Lean into the longing Lean into the soul Where we look to ways of loving When hate could swallow us whole I’m holding on to the ties that bind But you say there’s nothing left to find Can we lean into belonging? Can we lean into our love? Sink into the darkness Sink into the dirt When there’s nothing left to hold on to And I’m feeling all this hurt Surrendering to what I can’t change Getting ready for an open page Sink in the darkness Sink into this dirt Dreaming of a future Dreaming of a life Where love is everlasting And you’re here with me tonight Where suffering is over And we don’t need to fight I’m dreaming of a future I’m dreaming of a life
2.
TBC 03:45
How can we follow? How can we stand? Our way from the bottom Is so out of hand How can we follow? How do we follow? How do we know of A way to move on From ways of your life that Have hurt you so long? How can we follow? How do we follow? To be continued Seems so hard to be When you’re tied to the heartache That never loved me How can we follow? How do we follow? I never knew I still don’t understand All those days that you left me How could I have planned? How can we follow? How do we follow?
3.
Catacombs 05:21
In the hall of mirrors Is a place i find my fate In the time it took to see the harm I caused it was too late It always took me too long To accept when you had gone And a million times the longer To admit I where I was wrong With tongue in cheek, we take the bumps, Cut the deck and draw the cards Where the ace of cups falls in reverse Confirms what I have lost Free falling into the abyss In the catacombs I’ve built Deep in the hall of mirrors I don’t recognise myself I don’t recognise myself I don’t recognise myself I don’t recognise myself, no I don’t recognise myself
4.
Whomst? 04:45
If only I could be could be Someone to you But, then who would I be?
5.
Chaise 04:10
6.
Love, Is the feeling of life Is the feeling of love, life Is the feeling of love. Before, So what was my life? So what was my love like?
7.
Sky 04:58
Lipstick-drawn love on my mirror A reminder of how my world shifted I can’t sleep in these sheets she gifted And the smell of the candles still linger The cards for my heart breed confusion Were once the notes of affirmation Unceremoniously abandoned Alone in my head, I lay stranded The crumbs I begged for at the table Drugs that once bought such connection In the hole that I searched for an answer Exposed me for all of my weakness A love I chased into a fire Melted glass that I held on too tightly Drew blood fashioned from sand and orange I’m Gasping for air and dear life But that Sky A sunset I never imagined Drove a road, walked a river of dreams I died on the island that Sunday In silence so brutal my heart failed But that Sky
8.
It’s the ghost of you that says it’s true And It’s the last of you we never knew It’s the most of you I’m thinking of And it’s the best of you I’ll always love And It’s the last you that says it’s true And It’s the most of you we ever knew But it’s the best of you I’m thinking of Now the ghost of you I’ll always love I’ll always love
